On Monday District Judge Kevin Eide ended the first hearing to sort out Prince's estate by saying there is still no will. Ten different lawyers, each representing potential heirs, were present in the court room.
Prince's only full sister was also in attendance and she left the court room after the hearing without making any comment to reporters.
When asked how the probate case may play out the judge in the case, Kevin Eide said, "None of us have a crystal ball. None of us know what claims will be made." Prince's bank, Bremer Trust, was given the right to oversee probate on Prince's estate until the case is resolved.
